Shipping policy

USPS, not me, generates delivery estimates. Your estimated delivery date is just that: an estimate. Please allow 7-10 business days for an item to arrive to you once USPS has marked it as shipped. Please note that I HIGHLY suggest choosing Priority Shipping if you are worried about delivery time frames. 

Once the package has been scanned by USPS, it is no longer in my hands. Please reach out to your local post office about delays or delivery issues. I am under no obligation or responsibility once the item(s) has been marked as in the possession of USPS. Your purchase is your written agreement.

I am not responsible for any orders that get lost. I will NOT replace items, and I will NOT refund you if these things happen. All packages are insured through USPS, and if there are any issues, you can pursue a refund through them. Additional shipping insurance can be purchased through Route, and it is automatically applied on every order UNLESS you deselect the option. I HIGHLY suggest purchasing shipping insurance through Route!
